Order Shipping
Paruparo Exchange ships to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and PO Boxes. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Free Shipping
Home deliveries or multiple delivery method orders which qualify for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only. FREE or discounted shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. states only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.
All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
Estimated transit days do not include order processing times, which usually takes 1 to 3 days. Once your order ships out, it typically arrives within the estimated delivery window for the selected shipping method. Carrier and processing delays are possible. Shipping times may vary by destination. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping can be shipped via Fedex, UPS, USPS, and other third-party carriers to deliver packages to you more efficiently. This allows packages to arrive on Saturday, Sunday, as well as any other business day. Tracking is available through your confirmation or shipment emails and will indicate the estimated delivery date.
Standard shipping is available for shipments to the contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping outside the contiguous U.S. states may experience longer transit times.
Expedited and Premium
Expedited and premium shipping is only available for shipments to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska and Hawaii addresses.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed for shipping within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Restrictions
Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. Refer to the Shipping details during Checkout for available Shipping Methods for your address.
All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions. See below for details.
Hazardous Materials
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, lithium batteries and others
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses.
All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard and cannot be shipped via Expedited or Premium. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous U.S. states and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.
International
Paruparo Exchange does not ship to international addresses.

Troubleshooting
If your item was damaged during shipment, you may return or exchange it with your receipt or contact us via email at shop@paru-paro.us
If your item is missing, check your order to make sure that it is not being sent in multiple packages. Your confirmation and/or shipment email will indicate if items are being shipped in multiple packages. If not, please contact us at shop@paru-paro.us
If you package is missing, kindly check the tracking information from the carrier, to see if the package has been delivered to a different address.
