Match Cookie Sandwich

A matcha cookie sandwich with a plump tase of bitersweet matcha and rich mascarpone. Fragrant Uji tea powder was added and baked into a crisp cookie and sandwiched with Uji matcha chocolate mascarpone.

INGREDIENTS: Chocolate (vegetable oil, sugar, whole milk powder, lactose, matcha, cocoa butter), wheat flour, sugar, margarine, milk, skimed milk, powdered eggs, matcha, vegetable oils and fats, chlorella/emulsifiers, swelling agents, coloring agents (yellow 4, blue 1, cartenoids), flavoring.
